4.3. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle listings comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to registration, title, and sales tax regulations.

5. Vehicle Purchases

5.1. By making a purchase on the Site, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Seller. All transactions are subject to the Seller's terms, and we are not responsible for disputes or issues between buyers and sellers.

5.2. Payments for vehicles purchased through the Site will be processed in accordance with the payment methods available on the Site. Buyers agree to provide accurate payment information and to promptly fulfill any payment obligations.

5.3. All vehicle sales are final upon completion of the transaction, except as required by law or the Seller's return policy (if applicable).

6. Pricing and Payment

8. Warranty and Returns
